Yes. Our service fees are separate from provider charges. These fees typically range from $49.99 to $199.99 depending on the type and complexity of assistance requested.
Yes. Provider billing remains unchanged. You will receive bills directly from your chosen internet, cable, or streaming provider for their services. Our assistance fees are completely separate and do not include provider service charges.
No. We never request provider account passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials. We provide guidance and assistance without requiring access to your private account information.
We may reference multiple providers for guidance only, including AT&T®, Verizon®, Spectrum®, Comcast Xfinity®, Frontier®, HughesNet®, CenturyLink®, Cox®, Optimum®, Mediacom®, and others. We have no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement relationship with any provider.
