When you engage with Universal Solution, you are contracting with us solely for assistance and guidance services. Any internet, cable, or streaming services you ultimately select will be provided by and billed by the respective service provider, not by Universal Solution. We have no control over provider service quality, pricing, availability, or performance.

User Responsibilities

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information you provide during the service inquiry or purchase process is accurate and up-to-date.
• Comply with Provider Terms: Adhere to the terms and conditions of the specific service provider whose services you are purchasing through Universal Solution.
• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Payments and Fees

Universal Solution charges a separate service/assistance fee for our guidance and support services. These fees typically range from $49.99 to $199.99 depending on the type and complexity of assistance provided. Our fees are completely separate from and in addition to any charges billed by service providers.

When you pay Universal Solution, you are paying only for our assistance services. Provider services and associated costs are billed separately by the provider. Service fees paid to Universal Solution are non-refundable once assistance has been delivered, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Service Termination

Universal Solution reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services if you violate these Terms & Conditions or the terms of the respective service provider. In such cases, any fees paid may not be refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Universal Solution is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that arise from the use or inability to use the services facilitated through our platform. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid directly to Universal Solution, excluding third-party provider fees.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the USA, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

Changes to Terms

Universal Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
